Shooters World 50 BMG D100-01 Smokeless Powder is a high-density, medium-slow-burning double baseball propellant best suited for a 50 BMGÂ powder cartridge. In addition to nitrocellulose, double-base powders also contain nitroglycerin (8 – 23%) as an energy component. These powders also contain a small percentage of stabilizers or other additives like single-base powders. Double-base powders have a higher energy value than single-base powders, and their ballistic performance is better.
