This ammo is loaded with economical steel cases, which is why it won’t give your wallet a black eye. AKs shouldn’t experience any difficulty feeding and extracting steel-cased ammo. Just take care that a steel case won’t return to its original dimensions once its propellant has exploded. In other words, this ammo is impossible to reload.

Each cartridge sports a full metal jacket and enough powder to push that 123 grain projectile to a velocity of 2,362 fps. The FMJ does contain steel. It will attract a magnet, so no firing this ammo at ranges that frown on that sort of thing. Noncorrosive!
