The epitome of high-powered discreet and compact portability, the M762 takedown rifle can go from “box-to-built” in 60 seconds or less. The upper and lower receivers are machined from billet aircraft aluminum for a precise fit. The 16″ barrel has a black nitride finish and 2-port muzzle device. The barrel indexes and attaches to the receiver with a large barrel nut. No tools are needed. Simply line up the gas tube, insert the barrel and hand tighten the barrel nut. Slide the free-floating rail over the barrel and attach it to the barrel nut, push the cross pin and engage the tightening lever. Your M762 is assembled in 60 seconds or less. The fire controls are in the standard AR pattern. The full-length Picatinny rail is compatible with L-4 accessory panels. The rail indexes with the upper receiver and provides plenty of space to attach the accessories of your choice. When disassembled the barrel extension and gas tube are kept safe and undamaged with a protective cover.
